Processing Time
All candles are handmade in small batches.
✔ Processing time: 2–4 business days
✔ During busy seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Mother’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 days
✔ Custom or bulk orders may require additional time — you will receive a timeline during checkout or via email
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship across the U.S.
Shipping Methods:

✔ Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
✔ Express Shipping (on request): 1–2 business days

Local Pickup
✔ Local pickup available in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Seattle, Washington
✔ You will receive an email with pickup instructions
✔ Pickups must be scheduled ahead of time

Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address!
If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

We can reship for an additional shipping fee

Or issue a refund for the candle (minus shipping)
Damaged or Lost Items
We pack each candle carefully, but accidents can happen.
If your order arrives damaged:
✔ Email us within 48 hours: aarsaan.aura@gmail.com
✔ Include your order number + photos of the damage
✔ We will replace or refund depending on the situation
Lost Packages:
✔ We will help contact the carrier
✔ Replacements issued on a case-by-case basis
